Police conducted house raids in Van in the morning and detained Emine Bozkurt, Co-chair of the Confederation of Revolutionary Trade Unions of Turkey Van Branch, Sahip Görendağ, head of the Van Metropolitan Municipality Road Construction Department and Şaban Sarıbulak, manager of the Garage of Van Metropolitan Municipality.
 
Yesterday morning, 29 municipal employees, including the General Secretary of the Van Metropolitan municipality, were taken into custody.
