ŞIRNEX – State forces crushed to death five-year-old Hakan Sarak with an armored vehicle.

Yesterday, policemen patrolling in the Nuh Neighborhood of Şırnak's Cizre district run over a five-year-old Hakan Sarak playing on the street. Seriously wounded Hakan was rushed to Cizre State Hospital by his family and then referred to Batman state Hospital. Hakan passed away on the way of hospital. His body was taken back to Cizre State Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

According to reports received, Hakan’s family reacted to the police officers saying, “Why did you kill our child?” police officers answered them, “We will kill your children if you leave them in the street.”

On July 7, six-year-old Bünyamin Bayram was killed by an armored vehicle in the Cudi Neighborhood of Cizre.
