QAMIŞLO - Revolutionary youth in Rojava have promised to complete the projects left unfinished by the socialist youth killed in the Suruç massacre.

On Monday, an explosion at a press conference by members of the Federation of Socialist Youth Associations (SGDF) in Suruç, Turkey killed 32 and wounded more than 100. The youth were planning to cross into the city of Kobanê in the Rojava autonomous region to help reconstruct the besieged city.

In the city of Qamişlo, located in Rojava's Cizîrê Canton, the Union of Revolutionary Youth held a demonstration announcing that they will complete the projects left unfinished by the youth from Turkey. The revolutionary youth plan to collect toys and raise donations for the children of Kobanê. SGDF youth were killed before they could bring their donations to Kobanê.

The revolutionary youth also called on all Rojava youth to escalate the struggle to defend Rojava and to unite around the resistance of the YPG/YPJ.
