WAN – Figen Yüksekdağ, general co-chair of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), has called on those observing the elections tonight not to leave their posts.

In a Twitter post, Figen called on HDP workers not to leave their posts or celebrate the elections result.

"Please be happy in a controlled way," she said, "because the danger has not passed."
