SERÊKANIYÊ – A mentally disabled women was found wounded by gunshots and naked in a village near Serêkaniyê, Rojava, apparently attacked by Daesh. Although Asayiş forces rushed her to the hospital, she lost her life.

Efforts continue to remove Daesh gang members from the rural area west of the Rojava city of Serêkaniyê. As the town of Mebruka was liberated yesterday, Daesh members' brutal tactics emerged once again in the village of Hesna Rojhilat, 50 kilometers away. As YPG and Asayiş peacekeeping forces were sweeping the village of Hesna Rojhilat, they found a young woman. She had been stripped naked and her hands had been bound with chains. The forces rushed the young woman to the hospital in the city of Serêkaniyê. However, she lost her life on the way. Doctors said that the young woman was mentally disabled. They also reported that there were signs of beating on her body.
