NEWS CENTER – An Israeli military court has postponed a decision on the ongoing administration detention without charges of Palestinian lawmaker KhalidaJarrar until Tuesday, April 14.

The Palestinian prisoners' group Addameer has issued a call for observers to attend the next hearing. Khalida's lawyers report that she is being detained under secret evidence that will not be revealed to the legal team.

Military prosecutors explicitly stated during the legal proceedings that they are using the internationally illegal practice of "administrative detention"—that is, imprisonment without any charges—to guarantee that Khalida continues to be detained.
